In recent years,"Teacher team management" came to enter the vision of primary and secondary school leaders gradually.In some areas of China,emerged a lot of outstanding teacher teams;then the establishment of the teacher studio broke the expand of school on the size of the teacher teams.They use team-work model,organize teachers to learn in teams,give the groups of teachers to learn the meaning and the form of team.In these teams,they use "master system" or "mutual help" and other forms to take full advantage of the great team of resources and the experience of outstanding teachers.It stresses the mutual aid,cooperation,thus enabling the development of young teachers.From teacher team to the teacher studio team,it reflects the growth and strengthens of the teacher teams.The success of these teacher teams has brought us thinking as well as inspiration.First of all,team spirit,team awareness,assistance to teachers and the spirit of cooperation have been the focus of teacher teams. However,due to various reasons,team spirit in teacher teams is still considered lacking in the current,especially in practice.It has almost become the biggest problem.Secondly,in the general sense of the teacher teams,the experienced and the excellent teachers have been regarded as resources of the team,especially their teaching skills.The main effect they pursue is gathering the collective wisdom of teachers,stimulate the overall potential,and to make a powerful life full of vitality,so that the collective intelligence quotient higher than the individual.This has become a resource "look back" process.It can not tap a greater extent of the value of outstanding teachers,and also make hinder to the generation of new resources to some extent.Finally,the current institute of the building for teacher teams mainly uses the theoretical basis on the learning organization.Organizations pursue strictly accurate system,which comes from the System Dynamics thinking.It stresses think deeply of the changes behind the complex nature,inspired by the whole people rather than the local way of thinking to improve the overall functioning of human tissue "mental groups." In fact,the growth of the individual in the team should also be aware.The individual and the team should be mutually mapping rather than covering.A variety of practice tells us that the teacher team at the studio level is not enough.We also need to carry out in practice,an even larger scale,and broader teacher workstations.And in theory,it is necessary to go further and to quote new theoretical study on the build of teacher teams.Based on Community Theory,the author introduced the emergence and development of the teacher's professional community.By the follow-up study of "W primary mathematics teachers Workstation", analyzed its process as a growing professional community of teachers, and its advantages and disadvantages in theory and practice.Trying to find a way to build Teacher Professional Community and to construct a new model of teacher professional development.The studies have shown that the operation of the teacher's professional community need to provide teachers with excellent professional growth environment,and highlight the participation of teachers in practice,breaking the master system in order to achieve large-scale development of the teacher's professional community;in the formation of the teacher's professional community,the formation and operation,it is necessary to grasp the healthy post-conflict activities,to avoid confusion in the task of conversion to give the teachers the greatest psychological sense of security,the achievement of the teaching process for teachers to track the problems of research,and gradually incorporated the pre-service teacher education into the community.
