Primary And Secondary School Teachers' Classroom Teaching Behavior, Gender Differences In Research

Teaching behavior as an important part of teaching theory,has been based on experience in teaching and research in the form of existence for a long time,and there is still no independent, specialized research field now.Until the mid-20th century,with the education and teaching reform in depth,the researchers will increasingly focus attention on the classroom,and classroom teaching behavior appears and comes into education researchers and practitioners' attention.Studies on classroom teaching behavior at home or abroad have focused on teachers' behavior and teacher-student interaction,and they will be new field of the study of teaching theory.With further in-depth study,researchers pay more and more attention on gender differences among teachers' behavior,such as language teaching in the early term.With further in-depth study,researchers pay more and more attention on gender differences among teachers' behavior.The early study came from language teaching,it focused on the difference among the styles of teachings' speaking language,but there are few studies on the classroom teaching behavior difference between male and female teachers.Because of physical,psychological differences,men and women's behavior are also different.Groups of teachers show main difference on classroom teaching performance,and its influence on students' physical and mental health development.Therefore,the studies on the gender difference between male and female teachers of primary and secondary research,have a theoretical and practical significance。This paper have seven parts:The partⅠis the preamble,including the reasons and methods of the study.The partⅡis the meaning of the study on the gender difference between male and female teachers' behavior First of all,the writer analyzed the current gender structure of male and female teachers in primary and secondary schools.Facing a serious imbalance in the gender structure,the writer find the relevance of research evidence.Then the writer analyzes the research findings about gender differences as well as the shortages of these researches,and elicit this study subject.The partⅢis about the relevance of teaching conduct research and definition of the meaning of the teaching behavior.In the partⅣ,the writer summarizes the basic theories about the study on the gender difference of teachers' teaching behavior,from physiology,psychology and philosophy and theoretical view of point.The partⅤis the analysis and summary of teachers' behavior,based on the record of four superfine teachers and lesson plans.It is mainly about a comparative analysis of the teaching content,teaching methods,the use of expression and teaching aspects,which show gender differences between male and female's teaching behavior.PartⅥis the revelation for professional development of teachers and the team-construction of teachers:(A) focus on sexual teaching and encourage the development edge;(B) pay more attention to gender differences in teachers and gender strengths; (C) a reasonable allocation of the gender ratio,optimizing teachers' gender structure;(D) encourage the development of self-personality,to promote the development of their professional autonomy.PartⅦis the conclusion,to reflect on the thesis research.
