High school career guidance is at first place closely connected with University self-development and advancement of their professional life.So,career guidance has aroused a growing intention from the society.And to make up a specialized and professional team of teachers in career guidance is urgently in need.And vocational guidance and teacher training are developed in part of the University of the Nation. But,with the investment of vocational guidance training increased year by ear,and vocational guidance training's performance elevate slowly,so this problem become more and more clear.How to improve the quality of vocational guidance training becomes a matter of urgency.Based on the introduction of Performance Technology(PT) theories,the model and methods of PT are introduced to study the performance improving of training of teachers from systematic point of view.After positive analysis of utilizing PT to analyze,design,develop,implement and evaluate a concrete example,the result proves that PT is effective in the application.Meanwhile,an electronic performance support system is developed as a practical application of PT to improve the performance of training.
