The thinking mode plays the very important role in the research of teaching theory, it have directly influence on the angle of view, the process and the result in the research of teaching theory. At present, more and more scholars have already started to pay attention to the thinking mode question for our country's teaching theory research. But special research of the thinking mode in the teaching theory research are quite few, this even more highlightes the necessity of thinking mode in the teaching theory research. Objectivity Thinking infiltrometer our teaching theory research in the long time, it displays influential role in the teaching theory development, while the limitation and insufficiency leads the teaching theory research to the ossification and the awkward position. Therefore, the research of Objectivity Thinking and Reflective Thinking and its application have systematic study and compare in the teaching of research, based on this study it reveals that the teaching research thinking way changes and the direction, it has important theoretical and practical significance. The paper consists of six chapters.Dealing with the outline of the researching, chapter 1 consists of the background, aims, content, value and method of the study.Chapter2, through the discuss and analysis of Marxist philosophy's diagnostic method for the theoretical basis of the research, Embryology thought, teaching ontology and teaching epistemology.Chapter3 for concept limits. Through explanation and limits of the "object and objectivity", "existence and existence", teaching existence, Objectivity Thinking and Reflective Thinking, to determine the basic concept of interoperability, in order to facilitate the full text of the expression, understanding, unity and consistency.Chapter4, through system's elaboration to the Objectivity Thinking connotation, the characteristic, the development vein, and based on this , the paper scanns application of Objectivity Thinking in the teaching theory research from Rationale of the teaching theory, object of study, research technique and model, discipline construction and so on, and it analyzes its function and the limitation.Chapter5 seeks the new thinking mode - Reflective Thinking. First from its connotation, the characteristic, the historical development has made system's elaboration. Through the analysis to the rationale, the object of study, research technique and model, discipline construction, researcher's aspects and so on, discuss the application of Reflective Thinking in the teaching theory research.Chapter6 has analyzed understanding erroneous zone about the Objectivity Thinking, the Reflective Thinking, and the relationship. Take a historically and dialectical view to the two thinking mode and the relations.The concluding remark part has carried on the summary to this research, reconsidered insufficiency research, and attempt to change ways of thinking in the process of teaching in the Institute of possible problems and their solutions, make a preliminary outlook.
