This paper starts from the essential factors of the students'moral thinking education in middle-vocational college, which analyzes the students'problems existing in their minds. And from the perspectives of the effects caused by social environment and the thinking contradiction in subjective intrinsic, it brings the reasons of those problems of the students'moral thinking to light; It also focuses on strategies that can solve those above problems. It shows the students'contradiction in the educating process of politics thinking is an opposing and relevant relationship when elaborating that process is made up of educator(subject), student(object), media and a link in a chain of education. It is a system that is composed of basic and specific contradiction, therefore, it proves that the process and regular pattern of the students'moral is an inevitable tendency. It also is a system that consists of basic and specific regular pattern. Basic regular pattern, which is shorten as adaptive transcending law, which means the activities made by educators should be suitable to the development of the process and regular pattern of the students'moral thinking. And the specific one is an inevitable trend of the contradiction development and innate relation in the process of educating the students'moral thinking, such as, interactive and both-sides law, internal and external law, co-ordination and control law, self-discipline law, subject difference law, object inducing law, repeatedly further law, and periodicity fluctuation law, cycle fluctuation law, etc. Thus it explores the methods that can help the education of the students'moral thinking.
