Dalian City Tourism Vocational School Career Guidance The Status Of Investigation And Study

Vocational education is facing new opportunities and challenges. The vocational guidance work is an important part of the vocational school work. It is an educational activity that the schools guide the students to set up a correct occupational ideal and concept as well as to improve their comprehensive quality according to the call of time, the needs of the society. It helps the students to get employed or enter a higher school smoothly and to be potential while integrating the society. Strengthening the vocational guidance work, on one hand, is good for improving students'quality, raising the demand workers, training full scale development person, on the other hand, is good for schools'own innovation and development. Meanwhile, it plays an important role in students'growth, school's development and social progress. Vocational school's guidance work must follow certain education laws and basic principles, in aimed and planned way. According to the needs of the secondary vocational school students, related with the current situation of DL Vocational School Of Tourism (DLVSOT), this paper gives a systematic research on theory and practice, as well as its solutions. Second, summary of the domestic and abroad vocational guidance research. Third, the research process and methods of the topic. Fourth, analysis of the research results, pointing out the problems in the vocational guidance in DLVSOT. With the analysis result, from the followed angles, perfecting the guidance system, enhancing the staff training, marking full use of the modern means to develop vocational guidance, strengthening the links between society and enterprises, this paper will form scientific conclusions and give feasible recommendations.
