Application Of Impact Factors Of University Information Systems And Resources Perspective

With the fast development of information and communication technologies, the impact of them has been penetrating every way and influencing people's daily life, work and study. As the significant part of modern education system, higher-education institutions now are devoting into informatization.The implementation of informatization in colleges and universities is a systemic and complex project. And with the advance of the practice, the application problems have attract people attention, especially the education management departments and universities themselves. For higher-education institutions, the measures of IT value are different from firm, which can be measured by economic benefit.Based on institutional theory and resource-based view, the paper tried to find the impacts of higher education institutions informatization By analyzing the survey data from 39 higher education institutions, the study contributes several insights to China-context IT usage research and practice in higher-education system.
