Local Newly Teachers Study

As our high education goes deep into popular style ceaseless, our high education is developing quickly. At this background, the new local universities develop a lot as the main part of our high education. Especially, the construction of these universities' teacher's team makes high achievement. The size of teacher's team is enlarged gradually. The structure of teacher's team has improved a lot. As the teacher's team makes achievement at the same time, but there still have a lot of problems that need to be solved quickly.The investigative core of this paper is "the construction of teacher's team" . This paper adopts the way of literature research, visit and conversation investigation and questionnaire investigation. I survey the construction of a new local university's teacher's team in Anhui province. I analyze the existent problems of the construction of the new local universities' teacher's team from these three aspects of structure and management and mentality of teacher's team. I analyze the reasons of affecting the construction of these universities' teacher's team at the same time. At last, I explain the importance of the construction of the new local universities' teacher's team and put forward the personal suggestion for the construction of the new local universities' teacher's team.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the cause of research and the differentiation of main conception and the literature summarization and the way of research. The second part discusses the development and actuality of teacher's team of the new local universities. The third part mainly analyzes some existent problems of the construction of the new local universities' teacher's team according to the actual investigation. The fourth part analyzes some factors of affecting the construction of these universities' teacher's team. At the fifth part, the writer thinks of the construction of the new local universities' teacher's team and put forward some suggestions of reinforcing the construction of the new local universities' teacher's team.
