College Entrance Examination is an examination aiming for choosing the better students. For a long time, due to the guiding role of the examination, too much has been done to divide students into good ones or bad ones, which had a profound impact on secondary school chemistry teaching. Because chemistry review classes of grade three has been paid more attention to short-term effects, the development of students'learning ability has been slowed down and their learning enthusiasm has been weakened. As a result, much has been wasted on the intellectual resources in education. This has become the common problems of chemistry review classes of grad three.With the promoting of reform and implementation of college entrance examination, it is becoming the subject of basic education to promote students'development comprehensively, independently and harmoniously. In order to guide entrance examination effectively, and improve the scientific literacy of students, new curriculum ideas should be adopted in the third year of chemistry teaching, basing on foundation knowledge, stresses on capability, paying more attention to students on the knowledge process, and promoting self-learning ability of students formed. With this context, this paper has mad a study of the chemistry review classes design of grad three.The chemistry review of grade three is a process which subject to making knowledge systematic and networking, and developing the ability of students in a limited time. This paper begins the study at the changes of student study method. It emphasizes on the design of classroom teaching, and pays more attention to helping students to build chemical knowledge and to understand chemical ideas and methods contained in chemistry, through observation, experimentation, investigation, communication, thinking, analysis, interpretation. Thereby promoting the formation of students'self-learning capability, flexible analysis and problem-solving skills. Such design not only is adapt to classroom teaching, but also have a far-reaching impact on the development of students.Under the guidance of the new curriculum ,this paper has made a gradually study on the procedures and methods of instructional design, basing on the connotation of the teaching destination, using case study methods, according to constructivist learning theory, meta-cognition theory, and so on.The paper has four main parts. In the first part, an overview is made on the drawbacks of current chemistry review classes of grade three.In the second part, the characteristics instructional design for chemistry review classes of grad three is discussed. In the third part, the instructional design model is applied to the teaching practice.In the forth part, further prospects is made on the chemistry review classes grad three.
