Pep Chemical New Curriculum Textbooks And Outline Textbook Experimental Teaching Comparative Study

Currently, the new round curriculum reform of elementary education had already carried out smoothly all over China. The reform of the textbook has important status in the curriculum reform. Great changes have taken place on the textbooks. Experiments are the foundation of chemical subject and they take important places in chemical teaching. So it has great significance to comprehend the changes of the chemical experiments in the textbooks.In this paper, the experiments of Curriculum Standard Chemistry Textbooks for Senior High School (namely Curriculum Standard Chemistry Textbooks) in the year 2007 and the Chemical Textbooks for Senior High School (namely Outline Textbooks) in the year 2003 both published by People's Education Press are compared. Through referring to the literature, comparing and analyzing, the differences of the two parts are found out.The first part of this paper is the introduction, the background and the method of the research are briefly mentioned. In the second part, the experiments of the curriculum standard and of the teaching outline are compared. The thirdly part is the main body of this paper. The experiment parts of the two editions are particularly compared with combining detailed illustrations. Also in this part, the experiment chemistry module is introduced. Finally, the conclusion is drawn and the suggestions are given.
