In this research, firstly, it combines the quantity analysis with quality analysis to find out the significance from the data; secondly, the perspective of the study is based on data analysis, combining the analysis of supposed designs to reveal the current situation and show the expectations. The conclusion is as follows:The analysis on general characteristics of the guiding behaviors of teachersThe frequency of teachers' guiding behaviors is high and the teachers conduct the role play as an educator. Most of the guiding behaviors which mainly focus on the themes related to the plays are conducted by teachers with language. The guiding patterns are open and the guiding results are mainly about the children's acceptance. So, teachers should weaken their outside authority and strengthen the inner authority, and respect the initiatives of the children in the role play.The two major threads through the guiding behaviorsThe guiding behaviors of expert teachers are different from those of novice teachers from the aspects of the identity, mood and attitudes of the guidance; but their themes of the guiding, the patterns of language guiding and movement guiding and the results are the same. So, the novice teachers should improve their professional sensibility while the expert teachers should keep the desire for major knowledge. And both of them should learn the theories of plays and improve the skills in the guiding of plays. The guiding behaviors of the initiative of teachers and child care can trigger: in guiding theme, identity, language, there was significant difference; but in the outcome and the emotional attitude the guidance no difference. Therefore, teachers should maintain adequate sensitivity and judgement, and be good at creating an environment conducive to positive problem-solving, positive atmosphere of the plays.The analysis on the three important problems from the guiding behaviors of teachersIn the opinion of the researcher, the identity of the teacher is reasonable. The teachers should overcome difficulties and set up the role regulations as a guide of plays. From the guiding patterns of language: the researcher thinks that teachers should pay attention to six problems while applying language guiding patterns and control the characteristics of language guiding. The problems from the role play: the researcher thinks that there are four kinds of problems deserving the teachers' attention. Teachers can use the three patterns to solve the problems. Finally set up the guiding strategy as"problems-waiting-consulting-reflection".
