In view of the present situation of thesis teaching in high schools, together with my own theoretical study and teaching practice, the article proposes the viewpoint that we should found a new thesis training pattern in high schools. The article focuses on the basic tentative plan of thesis training pattern in high schools, such as: making the macroscopic teaching goal more detailed, making full use of various teaching materials, combining reading with writing, and inducing student's desire for writing. It also proves the thesis training implementation strategy in high schools and proposes that the formulation of thesis training strategy should follow the Four Fundamental Principles, namely the harmony between the parts and the whole, proper attention to the teaching goal and the students' interest, the usable principle and the integrated principle. The paper also demonstrates the teaching effect after implementing this strategy.The expectation of this research is to seek thesis teaching rules and methods in high schools, gradually consummate the theoretical system and the experience of the thesis teaching, provide a training way for the general high school teachers' thesis teaching, and finally promote the students' language ability. It will satisfy the students' future needs for living, working and study.
