In the 21st century, knowledge economy will become the leading economy. A country with well-sustained creativity and abundant high qualified people resources will have the potential power of developing knowledge economy. Producing high qualified people relies on education. Our country's quality education has the characteristics with all sides: main bodies, basis, open, developing, diversity, rejuvenation, etc. Among them, rejuvenation is the core, and diversity is the difficult point. With diversity and personality, we can rejuvenate. There are intellectual and non-intellectual differences among the students. So the most important condition for developing creative spirit and practical ability is that we should pay more attention to the students'diversity, apply for diverse teaching and respect the students'personal development. Also, this is an important theme before all the educators.Diverse teaching, which treats the students as a resource to develop, surpass the traditional teaching that only focuses on the same characteristic instead of the personal characteristic. Diverse teaching includes four characteristics that are concerning students'self-selecting, need, participation and study quality. The strategies of applying diverse teaching mainly include two plans about changing the design and teaching reform. The former takes students into consideration between classes and dividing the class into groups according to their ability. The latter can only consider asking for directing teachers,companions and computers to change the traditional situation where one teacher faces many students while unable to deal with the students'diversity. So this research is put the net technology into the use of the diverse teaching. But it is not for the distance teaching. We supply the students with net environment in the class teaching for all. We take the advantage of powerful net delivering information to meet the need of the diverse individuals. As a result, they can gain new knowledge and information by their own interests, hobbies, original knowledge, tasks, needs and learning styles so that they can study more efficiently. During the research, we preformed the different teaching types---new teaching, revision, evaluating, etc. The result shows that the teaching model by using the net technology for diverse teaching can enable the students to study more willingly. It fully satisfies the personal need and improves the study efficiency. It produces better result than the traditional diverse teaching.The internet is the contemporary feature. It is widely needed in social production, people living, teaching, etc. If we use the net technology appropriately, it can become the useful supplement for teaching.
