University Archives And The Ideological And Political Education

The political and ideological education is a hotspot and a problem in the university and it needs innovation in content, consignation and method, etc. At the same time the archives work needs innovation in service too. It's a new try to connect them with together.The Thesis includes three parts: the exordium, the associated relations between the university archives and political and ideological education in theory and the present station, the reasons and the advices of using the university archives in the political and ideological education.In the exordium, the thesis accounts the study intentions and values, the present station of the study and the question that the thesis wants to solve, the main study methods and the main theories foundation of the thesis.In the second part, the thesis reviews the history between the archives work and the political and ideological education and draws a conclusion the archives make contribution to political and ideological education from the old. Then, it makes a detailed account about the relation between them: It's the university archives work's internal requirement to act a part in the political and ideological education; the university archives work can facilitate theory construction and practice of the political and ideological education; and the thesis accounts the concrete functions of the university archives work in the processes and factors of the political and ideological education. Third, it discusses the relations between the university archives work and the political and ideological education innovation. Fourth, it is explored that the foreign archives take a part in ideology and moral education and the revelations are disclosed. So we can draw the conclusion that the university archives should be a new information carrier in the political and ideological education.In the third part, the achievements and insufficiencies to make use of the university archives in the political and ideological education are studied and it includes the advices: to enhance consciousness of the archives clerks and the teachers; to optimize the knowledge structure of the archives clerks; to explore the archives connotation; to collect more archives; to adopt more forms; more propagandism of the archives; to improve the systems construction and theory study.The thesis uses the following research methods: materials, comparative research and investigation. This article has the value of theory and practice: this thesis researches comprehensively and systematically the concrete relation between the university archives and the political and ideological education,explores the present situation and reasons and put forward the advices to solve the problem.
