Analysis Of Yanbian Speed Skating Sports Status Quo And Sustainable Development Conditions

Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture is an area with strongernational characteristic It is not only "township of the northsoccer", but also is the reserve talented person base oftransportation speed skating to our province and even our country.The speed skating movement had emerged by the student primarilyin Yanbian, after new China had been established, according to thedocument spirit of "about strengthens the winter sports work" ofState Council and winter project developmental strategy of sportscommittee of Jilin Province, under the Value of YanBian government.On the basis of the widely development of the speed skating movementof YanBian, the movement result had remarkable enhancement. YanBianemerged many outstanding speed skating athletes and transportedlarge quantities of reserve talented people for our province andout country. YanBian has also become one of the national importantareas of speed skating project.However Yanbian speed skating moved towards the landslidegradually, from the beginning of 90's to present, because the fundswas short, the function department only valued the soccer thistraditional projectand neglected the development of speed skatingmovement, the speed skating movement lacked successor. The functiondepartment has not been able to solve the existence problemfundamentally, the prospect for development of my state speedskating has been also anxious, although it is improving thesituation of my state speed skating movement diligently now.This article carries on the questionnaire survey and visit tothe sports schools and existing athlete and trainer of theelementary and middle schools of various counties (cities) inYanBian. Conclusion indicated that the function department isinsufficient for value degree of speed skating movement, the fundsare short, local facility is crude. The reserve talented personappears the short phenomenon seriously, because of guardian's fetter adds on the imperfect of training system, that creates manyathletes with development future withdraw from the training themidway. YanBian speed skating development faces the serious crisisnow.Therefore, YanBian speed skating should make the improvementfrom following several aspects: First, the function departmentshould enlarge the value degree and the management to the speedskating movement, formulate the reasonable effective trainingsystem and competition system; Second, spread popular speed skatingmovement widely in the middle schools and elementary schools,strengthen the raise of the reserve talented person; Third, perfecttrainers raise system, improve the comprehensive quality and theabilityof trainers; Fourth, increase funds investment to the speedskating movement, improve the facility, safeguard training; Fifth,the training should unify scientific research, cause the trainingto be more scientifically and more reasonable.Yanbian speed skating movement has many urgently problems tobe solved if it wants to restore and develop. This article embarksfrom the reality, analyzes and summarizes YanBian speed skatingthree development phases (start development phase, bogs down stage,restores enhances stage), from the beginning of the nationalfounding to 90's, and carries on the investigation and the researchOn YanBian speed skating situation of present phase (trough stage),analyses the reason of speed skating movement level backwardness.Profits the advanced experience from domestic and the overseas,establishes the countermeasure plan that suits to the developmentof YanBian speed skating sustainable from the strategic angle,provides theory basis and development countermeasures for thedevelopment of YanBian speed skating movement.
