Junior High School Moral The Underachiever Education Conversion Preliminary

Recently, our country has strengthened exchanges and cooperations more frequently with friendly countries. The socialist market economy has developed faster than ever. People's view on value, mode of thinking and behavior have greatly transformed. As a result, it is certainly that the moral character of the middle-school students'are affected. What's more, there are some errors both in the school and family moral character education. So it is not strange that there are so many problems in the sdudent's moral character. The lagging students of bad character appear. How to educate them to divert is the most important problem we are facing with. This article analysed the importance of education with the laggings integrating theory with practice. The reason and features of their problem are also analysed, referring to the practice of education. So that the education way of diverting the laggings is pointed out. The whole article is made up of four parts.Part one. The importance of education with the lagging students of bad character. This part is based on the definition of the laggings.Part two. Analysing the behaviors and causes of the lagging students of moral character. The causes of formation consist of four aspects. They are the influence of social factors, the effect of school education, the infection of ill family factors and the matters of the students themselves.Part three. Put individuals in the first place, and treat the lagging students of moral character properly. Clarifying how to treat them and how to understand them. We must realize that they are developing, that they have their own personality and that they need extra attention.Part four. On the basis of the full description given above, the education measures of diverting the laggings are constructivly expounded. It is thoroughly clarified in school education, society, constructing hormonious atmosphere and so on.
