Biology teaching is one of the parts of the whole scientific education. Practical teaching in Biology is the most important way to improve the students'biological accomplishment. Since the concepts of quality education and curriculum reform have an unceasing development, we are often made to think about how to achieve the teaching aims of it fully. Therefore I think it's a guarantee to set up a scientific,comprehensive evaluation system,give full play to evaluation functions of exam,guidance,encouragement,direction and so on. Here I study and go further into how to evaluate the students during the practical teaching. I also analyse the characters of the practical teaching and the limitation and inadequacy of the traditional evaluation methods. The multiple evaluation methods and strategy are mentioned here at the same time. It points out the advantages of the quality evaluation, which does not mean to negative our former evaluation of written exams or tests, it requires us to study the ways and methods of the teaching reform in biology so that both of them can have a good combination. We should keep a record of the learners'learning process to evaluate the learners comprehensively. Meanwhile it illustrates the significance of carrying out the multiple evaluations for the learners and also make some self-reflection according to my own teaching experiences.
