| The Curriculum Reform Program (tentative) has been issued by The Ministry of National Education of China for several years. It is explicitly pointed out that in today's vigorous implementation of the new curriculum ideas, a requirement to change the way of learning is urgent. The core content of the implementation of the new curriculum program and the most important step are to promote independent, cooperative and inquiry learning. So we must pay much attention to alter the situations of education in the past, such as accepting learning, too much mechanical memory and training status. The potential ability for the student should be awaken and developed. We should focus on the overall growth and the promotion of students of cognition, emotion, attitude and skills as the harmonious development. Students should pay attention to the living world and the unique needs for themselves; Students should pay attention to the life-long learning ability and the desire to create and promote the sustainable development of themselves.Qiu Xuehua, a mathematics teacher, put forward trying teaching style in the 1980s.
