Judging the personnel training standard should not only be confined to cultivate the knowledge, the ability, but also ought to attach importance to improve and perfect "morals" more. The primary and secondary school teacher is one kind of the society role who both have the traditional request and have distinct characteristics of the times, the impact of them over students embodies acting according to intellectual education wisdom characteristics such as morals, molding personality with personality, with moral education sufficiently. The main body of this thesis pay great attention to these several aspects, probe mainly by literature search to explore the teaching mode of moral education in the long-distance education in primary and secondary school teachers.
