In the current historical teaching, although takes the problem the importance, but the understanding of the problem teaching exsits many bias. Most of history teachers think the problem teaching is by the way ,which inquires organizing the course content and gaining the answer. In fact ,the problem teaching is a comprehensive education model, which involves teaching of the theory, fuction, strategies and the role of teachers and other issues. Clarified these aspects of the problem teaching ,is helpful to the correct implementation of apolitical nature problem teaching. Thus ,the change tradition educational model, pours into the vigor for the historical education .This article carries on the elaboration on problem teaching these aspects.The main rationale of this article is the construction principle, the content divides into five chapters:First chapter elaborates the thought origin of the problem teaching, and so the basic concept is clear and the core question of the problem teaching is mastered.Second chapter elaborates the definition of the problem teaching and its rationale. Taking the rice according to the Mach Mu Tuofu theory as the basic clue, principle and the epistemology of the Marxism.Third chapter elaborates the function of the problem teaching, such as cultivating student's ability to science research , the thought ability, the study interest, the independent personality as well as promoting mastering knowledge and so on.Fourth chapter elaborates the strategy of the problem teaching, including the strategy of the establishment of the problem situation, the problem, the asking opportunity, dealing with the student's answer and so on.Fifth chapter elaborates the role of teachers in the problem teaching. Profiting from the elaboration of D.John MnIntyre and Mary John O's Hair who are American scholars in "Teacher's Role", such as the role of teachers should be organization, the exchange ,the stimulation, the superintendent ,the innovation ,the consultation, ethics, he also acts the professional role, the political role as well as the legal roleland so on .In addition, in view of the teaching reality of our country, I think in the problem teaching, teachers also must realize the important change: the teacher does no longer simply teach, also he is the teaching researcher and the learner.
