Family Planning "world Village"

It has been some 20 years or 30 years, since the founding of the People's Republic of China, the research of the population of the Chinese minorities had always been in vacancy until the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China had been held in 1978.In great shortage of the basic materials ,research of positive results and research power , the research of the population of the Chinese minorities moved in difficulties. Apparently, enhancing the research of the population of the Chinese minorities will do great help to the development of the Chinese minorities. This paper selects a Dong nationality village named ZhanLi in GuiZhou province as the research object as " a point "expecting to have a greater function to the society . Just follows the old saying that " Use the little to get the big." From the point to the surface and accelerating the research of the minorities. I am aiming to find the economic reason of it.ZhanLi, located in GuiZhou province CongJiang ,a specific Dong nationality village. According to her own primitive camp rules, she lays down her population control measures which herself a coordinated development of population, economy, society, resources and environment in a long term. The research of ZhanLi of her population control andsustainable development will be favourable for us to learn some lessons from her experiences and that's useful for us to make a good birth control policy. I make use of the holiday go to ZhanLi to have a participant observation accessing eating and living together with located people .I am aiming to find the profound economic reason of ZhanLi's population control and find the root of which makes ZhanLi has a coordinated development of population, economy, society, resources and environment. So that we can benefit from her excellent experiences and promote a coordinated development between minority population on one hand and the economy, society, resources and environment on the other hand.The paper can be divided into five chapters. The first chapter is concerning the theories of population controlling; The second and third chapter is introducing the situation of ZhanLi ; The forth chapter is the analysis of the researches; The last chapter is the commentary and the suggestion of the paper.
