The second curriculum reform put forward a new idea that student's development should be more concerned, to meet this situation, the classroom teaching now has become "learner-centered " instead of "teacher-centered." Many years experiments prove that the conventional system of classroom assessment seems to be out-of-date. This paper will show you a clear picture of the background and significance of Chinese teaching and research. Meanwhile the author brings out what characterizes good Chinese classroom assessment. The author lays great emphasis on what is an effective learner-centered Chinese lesson, including the teachers creativity, equal conversation and the change of learning method strategy.
