With the development of our economy and society,people care about education more and more,especially compulsory education. People look forward to receiving the education with variety and personality. Then there are some new patterns of compulsory education.This text divides six parts:The first part introduces the necessity of study for this problem, the development of the study of this problem and the theoretical foundation of the full text.The second part introduces the development of the basic patterns of compulsory education. Nowaday, there are three basic patterns of compulsory education: public education, private education and the education in the cooperation of government and individual. Public education is the main pattern of compulsory education. There are over 80% children who study in common school. So it is crucial to develop public education. The education in the cooperation of government and individual is a new pattern. With some years' development, it becomes an important part in compulsory education. In the past 20 years, private education makes a great contribution to development of education. Private education breaks a new path for the development of compulsory education.The third part introduces the social background and practical reasons for the appearance of these new patterns including development of economy, the demand for various and personal education, the shortage of government compulsory education fund and so on.The fourth part analyzes the fiscal policies of the patterns of compulsory education. Fiscal policies improve constantly in accord with various patterns of compulsory education. These policies make a great contribution to compulsory education. Meanwhile, they have some defects in themselves.
