[Content]: Study of worked example is one kind of effective strategy of mathematics study. Compared with the simple problem solving, it can easier the acquisition of mathematics cognitive of skill. Transfer of learning about mathematics has important influence on the attribute (external institutional framework , inside text structure , way of appearing ), so has the cognitive styles, which shouldn't be ignored in the study of worked example of mathematics. Students of different cognitive styles will demonstrate the peculiar partiality while storing, changing and utilizing information.The thesis aims at studying the mutual influence of the two kinds of factors for the achievement for transferring mathematics learning. The key content of the article is divided into two parts: Main content of the research in the first part is the research of the correlations between the cognitive styles and the mathematics academic credits of the high school student. Through two groups of experiments, I investigated the correlations between the score of the high school student's EFT and the score of the mathematics, and the correlations between the score of the high school student's EFT and their score of every domain achievement of mathematics; Main content of the research in the second part is the influence of students' cognitive styles and worked example for transferring of learning. Through four groups of experiments, I have investigated separately that the influence of school student's cognitive styles and worked example for the achievement on mathematics , the influence of school student's cognitive styles cognitive styles and external structure of material of worked example for the achievement on mathematics , the influence of school student's cognitive styles and text structure of worked example for the achievement on mathematics, the influence of school student's cognitive styles and the way of appearing of worked example for the achievement on mathematics . Each article discusses the experimental results finally and puts forward the corresponding teaching suggestions.
