The learning process is composed of perceiving and emotional activities based on students'psychology activities, which affect each other. Perceiving and emotion, happening simultaneously and interacting each other, which form the learners'studying psychology, influence learners'studying results greatly from two different aspects. Nowadays, developing students'right attitude, emotions and building up their confidence has been taken as a more important part of educating target in many countries and regions around the world in order to increase their abilities of solving problems by mathematics. In the past time in China, however, people paid more attention to the course's integrity and students'mastering basic knowledge and skills than to learners'emotions and attitude. Now people realize that if the students'emotions and attitudes are totally ignored during the learning period, what they fulfill is only part of the educating target. With the deepening of "quality education", emotion educating attracts more and more people's eyes. For the first time, emotional objective is put forward with knowledge objective as the basic teaching demands in the government file: 《National Math-teaching Criteria of the Nine-year Obligation-education 》. These steps emphasize not only the importance of traditional learning skills and knowledge itself, but also the importance of emotions in learning. So they will help students develop thoroughly, from body to mind. Learners'attitudes and emotions should be recognized and paid more attention to ni math teaching. To achieve this target, math teachers need to guide and move students by feelings and emotions, design teaching process elaborately, mobilize and arouse their feelings of loving math, develop their interests in math, inspire their curiosity in order to lead them learn forwardly. Encouraging students if they make some success is also very helpful to build up their confidence.
