Along with the constructivism propagating in the education realm ofour country , many new educations ideas have appeared , suchadvanced learning type as : Scenario-learning , network cooperatinglearning case teaching etc . Especially Inquiry learning based onnetwork resource is widely applied into the teaching practice inprimary and junior high school . Since the teaching pattern ofconstructilism teaching emphasizes the establishment of teachingscene , we need lots of multimedia teaching material individually .Then the abundant multimedia material internet becomes the object forall these teachers to research and apply . But to research a key-word byresearch engine usually return the large quantity redundancyinformation . This aggravates teachers' problem in a large scale andlowers their work efficiency . According to the statement of this articleto establish the searching system of multimedia education material inwww , will aimly resolve the above problems , benefit raising teachingand learning efficiency .This thesis beginning at analizing teaching material featurescooperates The Metadata Norms in the Basic Education and thegrammer feature of HTML web page , to put forward the method ofwithdrawing internet multimedia education material from metadata inHTML web page . Then accomplishes the purpose to research andmanage the internet multimedia education material;and provides theconvience for all primary and junior high school teachers when theyuse internet resources effectively to proceed their inquiry learning .Part 1:This part elaborates on the current situation and developmenttrent of the collection of the network resources , makes an analysis ofthe advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of search engines ,expounds some relevant theories and applied directions of the networkknowledge excavation and sums up the research papers train ofthought.Part 2: This part gives us an elaboration of some related theorybases about metadata.First of all,the paper escribes the components andapplications of The Metadata Norms in the Basic Education.Then , itmakes an analysis of the structural character of web pages and thegrammatical structure of HTML . The paper also designs the use ofmetadata in the web pages to draw metadata from the multi-mediaeducational materials.Part 3: The search system of network resources , based on themetadata , has been designed . The paper expounds each part of thesystem , such as the user's interface , the components of data back andthe directions .Part 4: It explores the applications of the research in theproject-based learning . According to the theories of the project-basedlearning , the paper summarizes the steps to put it intopractice .Through the concrete examples , it gives us the usages andfunctions of the system in the project-based learning .Part 5 : Conclusion .
