Mankind is marching into a period of knowledge economy.The focus of the knowledge economy is science and technology and the key point is the talents and the base is education.Teachers,acting as the successors and propagandists of the precious culture and arts and the creators of the new culture are the organizers and the performers of the teaching targets of the school education and teaching.Whether a school can be developed and the teaching quality can be improved depend on the teachers ,especially the young teachers to a great extent,because the young teachers are the hope of a bright future.With the practice of the new criteria of the teaching courses,more and more requirements are demanded of the teachers,especially the young teachers.How do the young teachers deal with the teaching concepts and the teaching methods?What are the young teachers'psychological and physical characteristics?What are the characteristics of their relationships with others?How can we manage the education and the teaching of the young teachers?How can we manage the young teachers' relationship and stimulate them to work harder?All of these remain to be studied and settled by schools.Although many scholars have studied these,the writer still wants to explore these,only hoping to provide more materials to be studied so that we can set up some patterns and strategies to train and evaluate the young teachers,concerning the teaching and education and the research of the young teachers in the Lishui Senior Middle School,thus creating the effective ways of training and evaluating the young teachers of the school.
