In higher education, students' rating of instructors' teaching is recognized and widespread used with both practial and theoretical values. A considerable amount of research has focused on the reliability, the affect factors and validity of students' rating. However, relatively little research concerns the guide line in China.Based on the questionnaire investigation and some interview to 517 people from Tsing-Hua University, Tongji University and Central University of Nationality, this thesis consults a large number of theory and practice to find the limitation in the evaluation guide line which is evaluated by the students. Analisised the limitation, this thesis tries to find the resolution and develop the validity and credibility of the evaluation guide line.This thesis is divided into three parts: analisis to the history of this study and eduction of the topic; statistics of the data and educe and development of the topic; analisis to the question and resovle to the problem.The thesis breakthrough two limitations in the past studies: one is that the number of the study is not enough; the other is that the angle of view is not enough abroad. |
