| How to train the ability of the middle school students is one of the most important targets in the middle school teaching. Improving the mathamatics ability is the major direction in the present of chinese mathematics education reform ,and it is also the issue that numerous educators are concerned with. However,China is a country of multiny nationalities,there is millions upon millions minority nationality that be distributed in the border area.In the reasons of the difference of national cultural background, the unbalance of the region economy , the influence of the family education and teaching activities in school and the disparity of the motives and the interest in mathematics study, all of these will bring influence to the mathematics ability of student. It is an important matter concerned with the improvement of the overall Chinese nation quality that how to improve the quality of the mathematics teaching in the minority nationality area. During my voluntary teaching in XinJiang ,I carry out a test and an investiation among the Uygur and Han student in XinJiang Uygur autonomous region. In the paper the result of XinJiang is contrasted with that of the students in the developed area of Han cultural ,the difference and its reason of mathematics ability in cross-culture are found, a feasibly proposal is put forward and an enlightenment for the national mathematic elementary education. At the same time , the study can provide materical and basia for national educational administrative unite, privide applied value to improve the present situation of the national mathematica elementary education. |
