In the process of teaching, teacher and students are the most active main parts. Teacher-Student Relationship in teaching, which has quite important educational functions, is the most essential and the most important relationship among people in teaching procedure. This thesis that makes a good use of teacher-action study approach is about a practice study of optimizing Teacher-Student Relationship in English teaching. This study aims to use optimized effects to test and verify that the optimized tactics are practicable and to prove that the optimized Teacher-Student Relationship is not only the main symbol of successful English teaching but also is the source of the motive force of successful English teaching.This thesis includes three main parts. It starts with a brief introduction to Teacher-Student Relationship theories in teaching and the problems existing in our class teaching and pose the reasons of this research. Then it describes the whole process of optimizing Teacher-Student Relationship in English teaching and records the optimized effects. It ends with the author's practice summary and some suggestions.
