The Construction Of The New Century, Young People Working Teachers And Development

Teacher is compared to the engineer of spirit. He is the executor of teaching and school education. The development of school and the foster of talents have something to do with the teacher's hard work. School is the cradle for talents. The quality , knowledge proficiency and creative spirit of the teacher directly decide the future of school, the foster of talents and the development of the nation. The main task at present is to improve the teaching ability of the teacher. Nowadays, the competition is hard. The development of IT gives higher requirement to the teachers, especially young teachers.This thesis aims at the requirement of new century's education to the teachers. In the first part, I show the background of writing this article. In the second part, I introduce the situation of both home and abroad teaching staff construction. In the third part is the survey of the proportion of senior teachers, teaching staff structure and professional title. Meanwhile, I also analyze the school's education on young teacher's teaching ability, teaching ideas. In the forth part, I indicate the requirement of new century's education to teachers. In the fifth part, I introduce the ways of strengthening the construction of young teacher's team through researching the current situation of young teachers' team and the requirement of education to them. I also point out the strategy of exploring the potential resource of school, on the basis of school training and fully taking advantage of the multi role of school. I list some successful cases of fostering young teachers. The objective is to make everyone have a deeper knowledge of the requirement of education to teachers. What's more, it can also provide some reference to cultivating young teachers.
