This article adopted the method of investgation-analysis, based on the investigation in advance, it made a questionnaire and made a survey of high school students' creative implicit theory, and found out: (1) high school stutents think that the characteristics of high creative men are comprehensive, involving many aspects of cognition and personality,this viewpoint resmbles experts general people and undergraduates, but there are some differences in scope, depth and the importance of specific items; (2) in some characteristics of high creative men and cultivable factors of creativity, there are significant differences between junior high school students and senior high school students, schoolboys and schoolgirls, cities and countries; (3) factor analysis generalize the creative implicit theory of high school stutents five factors: delight, diligency, exploration, abnormality and agility, and the abnormality is special for high school students; there are significant differences from different grades and areas in aforementioned factors;(4) different areas and grades differed significantly from cultivable facters of creativity; and, there are also significant differences between areas and grades, areas, grades and sexes; (5) high school students' self-evaluate and other-evaluate are based on the creative implicit theory; furthermore, self-evaluate and other-evaluate are consistent.
