Network Environment, The Ideological And Political Work Of Innovative Research

The fast development of web-based information technology has brought great impact on every part of the society, and at the same time produced an invaluable opportunity and baptism for the work of ideological and political education in institutions of higher learning. Therefore, it has become a tedious task for the related working staff to find effective ways to handle this problem. This paper, based on the basic principles of Marxism and modern psychology and pedagogy, has mainly discussed the necessity and possibilities of promoting the innovation of ideological and political work in colleges and universities under the web-based environment, pointing out that this reform must be subject-oriented, open, successive and systematic and coming up with some new ideas concerning conceptions, contents, methods, systems and mechanisms, for example the staff must set up a modern concept of information and people-friendly education, realize networked instruction of ideological and political education, help students to manage themselves, change our ways from control to dredge, and build an efficient leadership, a two-way interactive infrastructure and a mechanism to optimize the overall environment.
