Along with the development of the society and the thoroughgoing of the reform and the opening , Chinese preschool education has alreadychanged greatly and inspiringly , especially the children' s teacher' s views about children, education and development have improved obviously over the past . But in the course of actual education in preschool, phenomena which violate the basic law of the development of children' s body and mind and of education still exist universally . For example , Children's teachers often set themselves in authoritative place , they don' t respect children' s personality and rights , don' t respect children' s interests and needs , everything is decided by the teachers finally , in the course of education children are not often looked upon as subjects which act actively , but objects which are decided passively by environment.The thoroughgoing of the reform of the quality education and the promulgation of <> have given us entirely new the humanism teaching basic ideas , it emphasizes that preschool education should respect children' s personality and rights , should respect the laws of the development of children' s body and mind, respect every child' s ideas and creativity ; make much of training children' s interests , use the ways the children interested in to develop their different movement, let them experience interflow, exploration and discovery in free and flyawayenvironment. Preschool will in the face of the arduous duty of carrying out <> , especially children' s teachers will encounter direct and main pressure and challenge . They need necessary character' s adjustment to adapt the reform of preschool education . This thesis discuss Carl Rogers' s theory gives the inspiration to the changing of children' s teacher character by analyzing the theory of human nature, the theory of self and the viewpoints of education .The achievements in this paper are to discuss Rogers' s theory comprehensively and this gives the inspiration to the changing ofchildren' s teacher character . We should respect children , exert their subjectivity , place the children to the center , emphasize children' s independence, creativity and self-actualization . My new viewpoints : construct real question circumstances ; offer abundant studying resource ; make use of varied evaluation . These all pay close attention to children' s real life . I feel I have difficulty in discuss perfectly on the condition of my energy and learning level.The paper includes three main parts : 1,analyse traditional children' s teacher role . First, in the course of traditional education , the teachers pass on knowledge , they carry out curriculum plans . Second , the teachers guide and control the students , which makes the children lose the chance and ability to accept the challenge and to think independently . Third , the teachers are the referees . All in all , theseroles hinder the healthy development of children ' s body and mind . 2 , Rogers' s theory . It includes the theory of human nature . The theory of self and the viewpoints of education . He thought that the nature of human is good and the teachers should care the teachers unconditionally and give every student love . Meanwhile , he think education should make a person "free man". The teachers should be facilitator, they should arouse the students' subjective consciousness and give the students lenient and free studying environment. 3 , Rogers' s theory' s inspiration to the changing of children' s teacher role . First, I study the teachers' identity . The teachers should be the children' s facilitator, Realness Acceptance and Understanding is the important attitude toward the children ; the teachers should support the children to study , should build necessary studying condition , including giving rich materials and giving free studying air ; the teachers should exploit course resources .
