Informatization society needs the creative human resource, which have the problem-solving ability and advanced thinking. The problem-solving ability is the focus critical ability that people are always concerned of. In the instructional field, furthering the students to master flexible knowledge base and developing advanced thinking and problem-solving ability are the aims of instructional reform. The dissertation promotes the research issue just on the two foundations: one is the emphasis of problem-solving ability in the new era; the other is the urgent issue of designing the digital instruction resources in the informatization instruction.Through identifying the problem-solving ability, analyzing and evaluating the present condition of all digital instruction resources, I reveal the characteristics of the digital instruction resources that direct to the problem-solving ability. I promote the general principles of designing the digital instruction resources and point out how to develop and apply.At last, the author designs an instruction resources case "the millionaire" in the integrated application of elementary mathematics discipline. The design is based on the problem-solving study course and the characteristics of the digital instruction resources that direct to the problem-solving ability. It can certificate the general principles of designing the digital instruction resources and the viewpoint of how to develop and apply them.
