Our Private Primary And Secondary Sources Of Funding And The Use Of Research

With the going on of China's reform and opening, and its flourishing development in economy, people and areas that become rich regard education as an important investment field. When the demands for education and talents enlarge, private primary and middle schools are developing quickly. However, there are still quite a few problems which limit their development.This thesis will research the issue starting with the following parts:Parti: Nowadays, private primary and middle schools are suffering from unbalanced development, small scales, weak foundations, imperfect policies and laws, inadequate funds and hard attraction of investment. From those difficulties above, we can analyze the problems existing in private schools in China.Part2: Whether the private schools can make profits and which the capital of private schools belongs to are two sensitive problems puzzling our private education. Putting hands into these cases, we may inquire into the outlet to promote its growing up healthly.Part3 :Consulting with the experience of collecting funds in foreign private schools and combining with that in home, we can find out the main ways to resolve the lacking of money as follows: improving charge systems, implementing the share system in education, establishing the mechanism to share education costs, publishing education lottery and so on. Last, we have to reinforce the management of charging fees, receiving donation and using money in the same time. If only the perfect safeguard system of law is established, can we avoid both the lost and waste of money.This thesis attempts to find out the way out of problems in collecting money in private primary and middle schools ,thus to shed off the limits put on them,and to win r a more brilliant future for them.
