Geography Teachers' Professional Quality Research

This thesis consist of three parts: The first part, after analysing, inducion and summing up a large number of document, the writer compose the professional quality clai ms of the future middle schools1 geographical teachers; The second part, based on the materials of investigating the middle schools', geographical teaching circumstances of Gui zhou province, sampling survey and gathering materials the different kinds of middle schools', geographical teachers and interviewing personalities of Gui Zhou province geographical education circle, after gathering materials and putting it in order, data processing and data analysis, conclude the preset situation of the-middle schools' geographical teachers' professional quality of Gui zhou province. The third part, in order to content with the claims of future middle schools' geographical teachers professional quality, and in view of existing sistuation of the geographical teachers' professional quality in Guizhou province middle schools, put forward a train scheme of Guizhou province middle schools' geographical teaches' professional quality in future.
