While they read the materials,they will import,process,choose and codethe information of the materials. In the course of reading, readers have their ownthought. They will examine the process of reading and perceive,evaluate of adjust bythemselves. Finally the readers can gain the information which has been constructedagain,and the readers can find new problem. It is called" creative reading". In thecourse of reading ,the the readers' thought runs through it. The readers' creation isnot only the process but also the inevitable outcome. The readers must forsake thetraditional reading habits such as passive accepting, passive reading. They shouldknow how to accept or construct information actively. Then the process reflectsinnate character of the readers creating.The thesis tries to sweep away the hamper of the traditional reading. It makes asignificance exploration to enrich theéµ·heory of researching the reading and solve theproblems about reading in practise. The thesis also shows investigation about thepresent situation of reading; expound the meaning, usage and the process ofpsychological activity in creactive reading; analyse the structure and the elementsabout oreative reading ; set forth. have to cultivate the ability of creative reading , forinstance, training the forecasting ability, perceptible and comprehensible ability,thinking ability and monitoring and controling ability.
