content profileSpecial field of study: education master degree of Chinese lierature departmemmtResearch direction: Chinese education method in middle schoolInstructing tutor: professor Xiong Xian GuangPostgraduate student: Pu TaoWith the development of science and technology day by day , the shortcomings of traditional education bloom out at the same time, these shortcomings seriously restrict the implementation of qualified education and set obstacles to raise creative talents because of the unified requirment , number one target of in seeking of diploma, rigid relationship between students and teachers, inappropriate situation of lessons, textbooks and education activities, the education conception of " speech teaching " , etc. this article is going to make some draft studies of the specific utilization of creative education in the teaching program of Chinese.The principle of improvement environment means the teachers must use different methods, award and punishment ways to make creative circumstances, enhance creative results so that the students could, always in a situation of feeling of competition and success.-3-The principle of democratic education means the teachers must pay more attention in the study of textbook and leading of students, sticking out the roles of students, leading the students to follow the following 5 rules: self design, self reading ,self writing , self creating , self checking , the teachers must correctly manage the relationship between leading and study with the providing of the right of asking , time of reading , chance of speaking to students , at the same tine , writing must go with the lecture together.The principle of integrated education means the teachers must do cv education on the basement of knowledge spreading , intellect training , emotional education so that to fully show the functions of intellect , virtues , beauty of Chinese literature and raise the integrated quality of the students.The active education principle means the teachers can do the education both from creative lectures outside classroom activities practice , the teachers must find the key factors of creative education , inspire the students participating in study , use different ways as question answers , homework, experiments , create the background of questions , lead students to do study , inspire students to plot difficult questions , use comprehensive outside classroom activities to provide the chances of raising creative abilities to students such as speech training 5 minutes before class, writing of reading diary outside class , self reading , setting of literature study group , produce of handwriting newspapers , etc.Exploring education principle means the teachers can use the elicitationways to draw the interesting of the student participating in study , the-4-elicitation education include purpose elicitation , problem elicitation , emotion elicitation , medium elicitation , comparison elicitation , question answer elicitation , etc . also the teachers can draw interesting of students to stick out the traditional thinking ways instead of by flexible thinking ways to train the creative thinking ways of students , at the same , question answers and elicitation must be taken into considerations.The opening education principles means the teachers must insist " 3 directions " when doing education , the Chinese lectures must be open and in detail lectures , question answers take the most important role , teachers must actively* organize the students to cooperate in study , carefully do. .back feedings and adjustment in specific education.Of course , if we want to use the six principles smoothly in Chinese as above mentioned , we meed to have high qualified teachers , today , we need creative talents , the creative talents need creative education , creative education needs creative teachers.
