The metacognitive training is completely new psychological training ,with based on the newest research result of modem recognizition psychlogy the theory of metacognition.It emphasizes the controlling and regulating of the students inner psychological change.And it is asystematic and thorough training. The enforcement structure of metacognitive training is scientific and resonable.From the teaching theories before class to the mentaling during the teaching process, then to the feedback regulating and removing after class, this training is closely connected with the whole teaching process and it reveals the systematic by controlling the learning anxiey. The previous researches show this training system has got wonderful achievements in the field of metacognition, but it hasn t been studied in the field of physical education. The main aim of this research is to train the students metacongnitive ability through trying to contral the anxiety. The improvement of this ability can react the controlling of anxiety. So it draws into a new thinking and method into P.E education.Through the strict comparision teaching experiments, we study the differences between metacognitive training and the traditional teaching in controlling the gymnastic learning anxiety and the reasons that cause these differences. There are some main research methods such as documents, investigations,teaching experiment, statistics and comparative analyses and so on. And we made a teaching experiment in two sophomore-girl classes of P. E Department in Shan Dong Teacher University. Before the experiment, we tested the students index of the psychological and divided them into Comparative Group and Experiment Group according to the requirements of statistics. The Comparative Group were trained with the usual teaching methods without the factors of metacognitive training. In the experiment, we followed the dominant factors balanced comparative principle and the students don抰 know they are divided into two groups. After the experiment, we retested the students psychological index and the experts evaluated the students skill, then we dealed with it according to the statistics. All the results show that the metacognitive training is capable in contriling the gymnastic learning anxiety. Furthermore, it can control the anxiety moreefficiently than the ordinary teaching and raise the learning effiency. The 5th and 6th parts of this paper analive the reasons which cause the differences and get the research results. |
