An important part of teaching writing as language teaching, which determines the success or failure of language teaching in large part. At the same time, enhance the level of writing is a slow and arduous process. For this reason, many experts and scholars have the composition teaching and training into their field of study, which also generated a lot of literature on Writing Training. However, in the analysis of this variety of literature, although the study of upper primary students writing a lot of training, but from the perspective of learning psychological counseling departure were not many. Therefore, I learned in the previous valuable experience at the same time, the use of questionnaires and interviews and other methods of Yunnan Normal University campus for a school to upper elementary students writing strategies analyze the situation, and then develop a learning based counseling program for essay writing strategies part of training subjects, draw conclusions and make suggestions in order to be able to provide some reference for our primary school children for the writing Teaching.The main part of this paper is divided into three parts: The first part is to examine primary school children for the use of writing strategies and concluded; the second part is writing strategies Training for upper primary students; third part is the suggestions. That is the basis of the first and second part of the conclusions of the above, make recommendations for teachers and students in the two groups, it suggests that teachers are five aspects: First, grasp the law essay writing, essay writing guide rational development of students’ abilities; the second is to focus on student writing about the process of writing in composition teaching; Third, teachers should strengthen students ’self-evaluation and modification capacity; fourth is to stimulate students’ interest in writing an essay; Fifth, in order to meet students cognitive characteristics, in writing Teaching should be avoided in a single way of teaching. Students are advised there are two aspects: First, students should actively covered a lot of reading materials; second is to actively examine the topic- idea-Methods to modify the assignments every time their composition.The full text of the study results showed that: a mean pupils writing strategies of each dimension of comparison remedy policy dimension is the mean of the highest points of the dimension monitoring policy dimension is the mean sub-minimum dimension; Second, in addition to remedial policy dimension was no significant difference on the gender variable outer pupils writing strategies remaining dimensions and total scores were significantly different; Third, in addition to the evaluation policy dimension in singleton significant differences, the students remaining dimensions and total scores were not significantly different; Fourth, whether attended essay tutoring population on learning variables, in addition to the evaluation policy dimensions and monitoring strategy dimensions no significant differences, pupils writing strategies remaining dimensions and total scores were significantly different; five different ages of the subjects in primary writing strategy for each dimension and scores are not significant differences; six subjects considered the importance of writing are there is a very significant difference in the primary writing strategy for each dimension and total; seven of this essay writing strategies mentoring program is effective and is able to promote upper primary students writing ability to get promoted.
