How to keep the sustainability of the dominant walking race is an important topic to the track and field coaches. The heel-to-toe walking race which needing technology, physical power, willpower, tactics and strain capacity and so on is equal to an periodic,endurable sports event.Because of the particularity of race walking, the "pole" is easy to produced in race walking training and competition.Not only does the product of "pole" greatly affect adolescent athletes’ physiological and psychological,but also has certain influence for walking technique. so the research about "poles" is of great significance for walkers.This paper, through experimental research, analyses the adolescent athletes’ pole and comes up with the strategies promoting Yunnan adolescents’ walking race.The chapter 1 is introduction.It mainly illustrates the basis, the significance and so on; Chapter 2 is the study of the current situation of Yunnan walking race; Chapter3 is the core part and studies the adolescent walking athletes’ pole and influential factors; Chapter 4 also is the core part,it studies the experiment about the psychological intervention of adolescent walking athletes’ pole;Chapter 5 is the conclusions and suggestions of this paper.Conclusions contain:(1)Through the analysis about the present situation of Yunnan teenagers walking,Yunnan teenagers’ walking level is in the ascendant in home.(2)Through the investigation and analysis,more than 70% Yunnan race walking athletes in training or competition produced poles and a variety of psychological problems.(3)Through the study of experiment,we have found that carrying out psychological intervention can effectively improve the pole which effect the walking level of young walkers.
