| Education is the way to make a country powerful and social progress, to improve national quality, provide human resources support for the realization of modernization and construction well-off society. Establish and improve the poor student financial assistance policy which is an important measure to protect the fairness of education, is the embodiment of the education policy for the benefit of our country, is narrowing the gap between rich and poor, to achieve the equalization of public service.Poor student financial assistance policy constantly adjust and improve, which is plays a very important role to solve our family economic difficulties students fair education. Because of the difference of the regional economic development and the history of the formation of the mechanism, there are many imperfections of poor student financial assistance policy, andl some problems in the implementation process.This article is from the perspective of country student financial management center, First, this pape analyzes the connotation of student financial assistance and related theoretical basis, sketch the main way of poor student aid of our country. Then gradually introduce the status quo of Jinning County funding poor students, analysis the existing problems of Jinning County student financial assistance work,, such as imperfect policies of financial aid to poor students, poor students is difficult to evaluate, social forces to participate in shortage, funding for education effect is not obvious. Finally, the author puts forward some suggestions from the reference of the scholars and the work experience. The author hope to establish and perfect the Jinning County existing poverty students financial aid policy. such as perfect existing student financial aid policy system, optimization of poor students to recognize the work, speed up the social forces charity funding, promote students to be independent and self reliant in many aspects. |
