Investigation On Parenting And Parenting Quality Of Infants And Young Children In Huixian County

0-3 years old infants stage is a critical period which laid the foundation of many qualities.Currently the issue of how to culture infant scientifically resived the attention worldly and worldwide participation. More and more countries have realized talented person requires training from childhood. Many countries have already formulated policies and taken effective measures to provide a good external environment for the healthy development of infants and young children. Recently, the issue of infants training and education also recived the insight attention of Government and far-sighted personage.With the current situation that the population of our country becomes slowdown currently and the looming of aging problem,ensuring the increase of high-quality has becoming a plan to insure the continuation of the demographic dividend period and enhancing the quality of far-reaching economic and social developent.Then the cultivating of high-quality talents needs to start from the moment a child being born. State Council issued the "National medium and long-term development plan for education reform(2010-2010)" clearly pointed the importance of early education of infants and0-3 years old young children.However, how to culture the infants scientifically and how to promote their full potential, issues like this have not aroused the attention of society,organizations and the general public.This study first analyzes the necessity of attention to infant parenting literacy; Infants parent themselves should grasp knowledge about various aspects and matters of nutrition,health, education, sanitation and noted matters etc. Then analysis the necessary for parents with an infant child care literacy,namely the standards of parental literacy which outstanding infants parents should have.Excellent infants parents should have standards of parental literacy mainly from areas of a healthy body literacy, professional knowledge and skills of parenting,scientific ideas, good psychological qualities and extensive cultural awareness.Secondly, the research methods combined the questionnaire and the interview. The analysis based on the complete possession of literature and the current situation of parental literacy in Huixian Henan Province. In the study,designig of the questionnaire, issuing and recovering have been made a clearly explanation. The study also indicates a detailed outline of the interview. The study focused on rural 0-3 aged children. This research about huixian parents use field research and two forms of Internet questionnaires, interviews launches the investagation. From this we can know the issues may exist of rural parents in child rearing anddiscusses how to improve rural parents with an infant child-care literacy, how to improve their education levels and how to better promote the healthy development of infants and young children.Then, the status quo summarizes Huixian infant parenting literacy and on the basis of interviews and the analysis of the survey on the proposes policy recommendations to promote adult education in rural infant parenting literacy promotion. The main channel is provided by government, community, social and new media to enhance the quality of infant parenting broad social support. We should improve infant parents’ own sense of lifelong learning. In order to facilitate their seeking of improve the education level of infants and young children. Thus desirable to be able to provide practical guidance to upgrade rural infants parental literacy.Finally, reflecting the limitations throughout the study.the limitation of the study are summarized in the present.
