The Influence Of Mathematical Reading On The Mathematical Understanding Level Of Junior Middle School Students

Mathematics learning is the externalization of mathematics mathematics language (text language, sign language, graphic language) of the cognition and understanding, to understand mathematics thought, spirit and method of a kind of psychological activity process. Among them, mathematics reading is the primary part of the process. Mathematical language is the carrier of mathematical knowledge and mathematical tool of thinking. That is to say, the process of students to learn mathematics is to the process of internalization mathematical language. In a sense, the quality of mathematical language ability determines the level of mathematics learning. Therefore, mathematical language to master many, whether good or bad, use freely, skilled, has important significance in mathematics learning.Based on the above summary of this research mainly studies the students in the learning process,mathematical language, mathematical symbol language, mathematics, mathematical image language words) conversion between training’s impact on students’ mathematical understanding level.Research found that:mathematics reading and mathematical understanding between high correlation, so in view of the students have difficulty in understanding of mathematics,mathematics reading to,enhance the level of the students’ mathematical understanding. Through the case study method, following six students’ mathematical learning guidance, the establishment of the "workshop" for six students mathematical language transformation training to provide a lot of help. In addition, six students mathematics study habits had further improve, with S2b students from fear math class gradually began to have interest in mathematics, mathematics exercise books and math test paper is no longer a big blank; S3g students mathematics has his own way to learn, learning is no longer tired of word problems, will read it carefully and simple analysis and understanding; Six of the students mathematical understanding level have different degrees of increase.
