Sports teaching resources as an important part of teaching resources, the need to take the way of sustainable development, to guarantee the reasonable utilization of resources. In nowadays middle school sports teaching resources development and utilization and optimization is still unsatisfactory, mainly include school underfunded, unreasonable resource allocation, such as school teachers is not strong situation. Zibo city in middle school and the national most urban phenomenon. At the beginning of this article through to the zibo city section, an analysis of the present situation of high school sports teaching resources, and find out at the beginning of zibo city, the problems of high school, mainly in government education underfunded, inadequate resources, teachers team equipped with unreasonable, lack of the emerging sports teaching resources, sports teaching resources optimization way backward wait for a phenomenon.In this paper, through literature review method, questionnaire method, logical analysis and other methods, analysis and study the investment of zibo city high school sports teaching resources, utilization. To know to make reasonable analysis, the following conclusions:1. PE teacher shortage, per capita workload allocation is unreasonable, PE teachers’ task is heavy, big workload, less time to rest, enthusiasm is not high.2. To take up physical education phenomenon occurs frequently, student learning enthusiasm drops, student exchange class with discontent.3. Most of the school sports funds investment, unreasonable resource allocation, per capita is low, cannot satisfy the requirement of students in extracurricular activities.4. The choice of sports teaching resource utilization way backward, not make full use of the school, the society, the family of the collective strength, can’t ensure that all students for regular classes, exercise.5. New sports teaching resources development and utilization degree is low, physical education teaching content is not full. Single teaching content, students have tired of the psychological on physical education.6. The traditional concept of physical education is still serious, sports teaching physical resources maintenance, maintain and update at a slower pace.
