A Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of College Students' Ideal Personality Cultivation

In the fierce competition of 21 st century,the social competition is not only about accumulating knowledge,but also relates to the test of one’s personality. Only the undergraduate who has an ideal personality could finally stand out in such a fierce competition. Cultivating the ideal personality of undergraduate is beneficial to promote comprehensive development of undergraduate as well as to promote the realization of ‘strengthen morality education ’.Simultaneously,contributing to the realization of “China Dream”.This paper is divided into three parts. The first part introduces the connotation of undergraduate’s personality and the significance of cultivation the ideal personality of undergraduate as well as the theoretical background of undergraduate’s ideal personality.
