A Study On The Factors Affecting The Career Choice Of Korean College Students

Due to the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities and the increasing number of graduates,the problem of the university students’ employment is more and more serious.As a special group,minority college students are facing a bigger challenge.Recently,the employment rate of graduates of ethnic groups is deceasing year by year,what is worse,there exist serious problems including hard course of employment,high labor costs,the longer waiting time.Besides there are some other problems concerning the low of employment level,less average income and less relation between job and major have aggravated the situation of labor market.In contrast,Korean students,as part of the ethnic minority graduates,show an excellent competitive strength and higher employment rate,which comes from one report conducted among graduates from Korean Language and Literature department of MinZu University of China.This article is trying to analyze the factors influencing the choices of Korean college students and investigate the causes of the advantageous competitive power combing the Korean college students’employment situation and the characteristics of the career choice.Furthermore this article will also analyze the employment problems comprehensively and raise suggestions to solve those related problems.
