Practice And Research On The Teaching Mode Of Turning Classroom In The Outpost School Of Chongming County In Shanghai

With the continuous deepening of economic reform and social transformation,the field of education in China has also changed greatly. To participate in the sub project of the national curriculum reform "to promote the rural middle school flipped classroom teaching mode, strategy and method of the research” on the practice of school--the flipped classroom, Qian Shao school, Chong Ming County, Shanghai City as the research object to study flipped classroom the" import "combined with the local subject and the formation of localization of discipline of the flipped classroom teaching mode. This study is based on “the flipped classroom teaching model of Harvard University”, and combined with the actual condition of Qian Shao school, to form our own teaching mode.According to the "Harvard model" flipped classroom teaching mode, the formation of their flipped classroom teaching mode, defined as "one two three", "team cooperation learning as the basic unit, has the independent learning, for learning,group learning three steps to complete. Study stage in front of the class, students with" pre study project " before the class, self-study research, learning to assist the guidance information; show phase exchange in the classroom, in the team paired off learning and discuss with each other " on the basis, each group represented team group study results show, triggering class student comments on the exchange.This paper tries to observe the flipped classroom through the actual classroom practice, and carry out the idea of "taking the students as the main body and the teacher as the leading". Through horizontal comparison,the flipped classroom of Qian Shao school and China’s first practice of the flipped classroom of Chongqing Ju Kui secondary school teaching mode are similar in the pre-class learning,but different in the timeless and accuracy.The study shows the practice of the flipped classroom in Qian Shao school, also contains the Qian Menglong ‘s guidance method "learning by instruction", "learning by oneself", "learning by exercises". At the same time, it is also a kind of inquiry learning. It can exert students’ autonomy, inquiry and practice, so that students can understand, study and master new knowledge.The author carried out localization reform of curriculum by using "Harvard University model" as the blueprint. In the process of practice, the practice of the classroom flipped can not be applied mechanically. Firstly,to practice the flipped classroom,in order to grasp the essence and connotation of it, one must base on thereal situation and see things positively and curious.. Secondly, make sure teachers should pursuit of “learning by instruction” rather than “learning by lecturing”.Lastly,to redefine the roles of students and teachers let students to display subjective initiative so as to better adjust the flipped classroom.
