| With the development of the reformation of vocational education, the concept of "vigorously developing secondary vocational education" has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, especially the secondary vocational school has become the main force of academic titles--Made in China. In recent years, with the national leaders’ emphasis on he importance of vocational education on many occasions, their attendance to the vocational education conference and their investigation on the construction of vocational colleges, China has formed a good situation of vocational education, the spring of vocational education has come. Under the support from the state to the secondary vocational education, the state introduces a number of policies to encourage the development of private schools and the social capital to participate in Vocational education. For JL vocational training institutions, they need to develop their marketing strategy in time, and build a strong Vocational school. This article analyzes the current situation and causes of the JL vocational training institutions, and does the SWOT analysis to the JL vocational training institutions. Finally, using the successful experience from the domestic and international education, the strategic system of JL vocational training institution is constructed by using the modern marketing strategy theory. |
